Ernest Lawrence Middle School serves students in grades six through eight and provides a variety of educational, extracurricular and athletic programs. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as technology education, science, language arts, social studies, mathematics and arts. It also offers physical education, music and performing arts programs. In addition, the school provides a school-wide character development program for its students. The school s gifted magnet program serves more than 350 gifted and talented students. Additionally, it offers counseling services, as well as special education, summer transition and English language learners programs. Ernest Lawrence Middle School is located in Chatsworth, Calif.
