Called in Sept to make behind the wheel apt for my daughter - that we paid for back in June, only to find that they were not open until Oct. OK. Called on Oct 10, and found that they were open through 10/9, but closed on Friday 10/10. Called on 10/13, got v-mail and left a message which wasn't returned. Called at 1PM 10/14 got v-mail that they were only taking calls from 9AM to Noon. Same hours tomorrow. Hopefully I will get a hold of someone. So far customer service hours and scheduling is terrible.
