American Flexible Products, located in Chaska, Minn., is one of the leaders in the fabrication of flexible materials. Its manufacturing processes include in-house programming of computerized cutting operations that allows custom design and control of processes, including slitting, die cutting, kiss cutting, laminating, pressure sensitive coating, and secondary operations. The company manufactures products for a variety of applications, such as matting, skid pads, step pads, toolbox liners and wear surfaces. It uses a range of materials, including Neoprene, Silicone, polyvinylchloride, Nitrile, Viton, Polyether, Polyester, Melamine, Filter Foam, High-Density Urethane, and Natural Sponge. American Flexible Products also uses Rubber, Butyl, Flexmat and Flourosilicone.
