UVA Community Credit Union is a nonprofit organization that offers a range of financial products and services for residential and business clients throughout central Virginia. The credit union is federally-insured by the National Credit Union Administration. It is a member-owned organization that has been in operation since 1954. The credit union offers several membership opportunities. UVA Community Credit Union provides business savings and money market accounts, as well as Internet banking services. It also offers mortgage, home equity, real estate, personal and auto loans. UVA Community Credit Union works in accordance with Federal Fair Housing Law and the Equal Credit Opportunity acts.
