This is a fascinating store! It is centrally located on the Historic Downtown Mall of Charlottesville, Va. They offer wholesale prices on a tremendous variety of beautifully restored Chinese, Inner Mongolian and Tibetan antique wooden furniture. The staff is excellent--- friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. Oyster House Warehouse is located just about 1/2 mile away from the showroom, right off West Main street. It is open by appointment on weekdays and open to the public on Friday Saturday and Sunday. This company supplies numerous dealers on the East Coast with antique furniture. You will see it everywhere, but at much higher prices! If you have an interest in Asian antiques this store is a must-see, well worth any travel involved. They ship as well, all over the states.
