Natural Retreats took over Seaside Getaways sometime after the summer of 2015. I was surprised to see the hometown Beaufort, SC. folks including Greta Maddox and her team were replaced by a call center in Charlottesville, VA. In my opinion, with the acquisition, died the customer service, responsiveness, and expectations for fair business negotiations. The slow responses are documented in email exchange. I first inquired about their company on March 28th, with Nicole finally responding on April 7th. After searching through the new website, I emailed confirming interest in a property on April 13th; again it took over a week and heard back finally on Thursday, April 21st. After several more exchanges on the same day, it was stated to me Veranda Views is available from July 16 through the month of August. Any two weeks you prefer! After verify and coordinating schedules over the weekend, I confirmed one business day later, on Monday, April 25th, the two weeks starting July 16th
