      Super responsive during a sad time at our house. Grandpa passed away on a Friday, refrigerator died over same weekend. We called early Monday, explained situation (food and family coming in to home), they sent a technician within 3 hours, parts ordered and fixed within 1.5 days! Sears was cold hearted when we called them...
