Charlotte family health center has had the most insulting and rude staff I have ever come in counter with. Calling for normal things you might need from you PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN they make you feel like you are bothering them and try and quickly to get you off the phone. The last person I talked to sounded like my teenage son saying "okay" over and over, louder and louder, to get rid of me. Very unprofessional.
