My experience with this company is that you don't want to work for them. Especially for one of the Supervisors in particular; Tommy Williams.
You will be sent home, always without pay, for situations that are not your fault. If you make Mr. Williams angry, you will be talked about with the workers in his "clique" at the location. The workers are not upper management but your peers, also Mr. Williams personal friends.
Employee's personal business, including medical issues, are discussed by management with all employees, creating an extremely hostile work environment. Professionalism is non-existent at this company. Employers will use excessive profanity and threaten to terminate you if you disagree with policy. If you are five minutes late, you will be sent home without pay. If there is a storm, you will be held prior to the storm out of fear of employees not coming in. This creates an environment that is dangerous due to lack of proper rest. All employees are NOT treated equally. The only way you will be promoted or likely hired is if you are friends with upper management.
**This company has a NC Labor Board case that will be coming soon. I am NOT a disgruntled employee but an individual that knows several employees. They ALL report the same thing. I am helping each of them to file. You cannot violate the Labor Laws and believe nothing will happen. The company is aware of the situation but has not corrected it. Think twice before applying with this company! Half the pay, more stress, and you will be publicly humiliated. It's not worth it.**
