I own 3 laundromats and recently I was told I needed 3 bids for some major repair work the city is requiring of me. I told them I only use T&L for my laundromat and there would be only 1 bid because I trust them to help me and come back later to check on me. Thats how I feel about them.

If you are trying to figure out what is involved in getting into the laundromat business, I recommend you calling these people. I have been talking with them on and off while organizing my plans. The first time I called, one of their people met with me and spent nearly 2 hours explaining the basics of the business and answering my questions. We haven't committed to a laundry yet because of some property we are trying to sell first, but feel comfortable with T and L as a company that could help us from start to finish.
