Dr. Chens staff is great with children. I always refer my friends with children to his practice.

My kids have been seeing Dr Chen since they were 3. They are 12 and 8 now. I love Dr Chen and have never had a problem in the office. It is hard when you see children and everyone wants an appointment so they don't have to miss school. I have thought the billing staff goes overboard with mailing too many bills and wasting paper for small amounts of money, like 12-14$. That is the personality of the person billing and not Dr Chen. I would not change dentists unless she retired. She is very particular and pediatric dentistry can be difficult, my kids have never been afraid to go.
