Workouts tailored to help you meet your goals whether interested in competing or just fitness. Non-competitors trained just as seriously and given as much attention as competitors. Comfortable atmosphere, beginner nights great for getting accustomed to new routine with others doing the same. I've enjoyed it tremendously and go as often as possible. Great for stress relief!!
