Customer service is horrible they told me they would keep me updated with the progress of the work on my truck and never bothered calina me with a update. This body shop estimated it would take a week to fix the body damage and it took 3 weeks to get the truck back. Overall very dissatisfied with Service King on Eastway Road in Charlotte NC

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy Jim in the front had the nerve to tell me he " doesn't care what the paper work says" Service king bought out Sterling Auto Body which gave me a limited lifetime warranty on the parts and labor which they will not honor.
