This was the worst manicure I have ever had in Charlotte. The list can go on and on but I will just post the high points. The manicure took all of 10 minutes. The Young SICK stylist decided to do certain parts of my nails and skip others. I'm 95% sure the tools were not cleaned before they were used on me. She didn't cut my nails round or square, just randomly jagged. There was no massage, no lotion...nothing. I swear (I am not making this up) at one point towards the end of this disgusting 10 minute process, she used her own nails, rather than a tool, to pick off part of my cuticle. I was absolutely mortified and disgusted by this place and felt like I had to take a shower after I left. There disgusting staff in the place didn't even post their required Nc state license. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Also, I have lived in Nc for a long time and any legitimate cosmetic establishment takes a credit

I was hoping for a decent experience, but it turned out to be my worst nail experience EVER! When I arrived for my appointment, the employees were arguing in their own language, and making fun of other clients. I received a full set of acrylics and my nail tech never asked me how long I wanted them or if I wanted anything else applied. That same day, two of the acrylics just applied began to separate from my nails. I called to have them fixed and they scheduled an appointment. However, when I arrived, and the same tech began to fix them, she complained repeatedly with her associates that my nails were NOT broken. She complained right in front of me! I tried to thank her for fixing what she did, but she basically ignored me. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE or recommend it to anyone. It was my worst customer service experience EVER!

complete unacceptable.worst experience EVER. rushed through, forced to move to a manicure station before pedi polish which meant the poor girl had to sit on the floor to finish. my friend had bubbles in her polish and crooked lines.terrible, terrible experience.
