Providence Spring Elementary is spread across an area of more than 25 acres. Its facilities feature a media center, computer laboratory, art room with a kiln, design area and more than 35 classrooms. Located in Charlotte, N.C., the school offers various opportunities to pursue personal interests and develop leadership skills. Its curriculum includes English, reading, science, writing and math. The school s media center is equipped for research, television production and desktop publishing. Its parent team sponsors art appreciation classes and provides in-house tutorial assistance for younger students. Providence Spring Elementary is managed by Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, which operates more than 165 educational facilities and serves over 130,000 students.
