Keep calling, demanding payment from someone who does not even work here. Extremely rude, impolite, refuse to stop calling, saying to pay the money due, being called childish. The person starts in even before she knows with whom she is speaking, which is not the person she thinks it is or supposedly owes money. She has violated confidentiality of who ever or what ever business allegedly owes them money.

These people are awful!!! I had to hang up on them every time they called because they were so rude. We had a discrepancy on our bill & I had a case number. They didn't care continued to harass our employees!!!

I agree, I don't like the way they talk. Today is the second time they call even after telling them last week I already told them I paid my balance in full and even gave them the confirmation number and the tone of the conversation seems like I was lying to them. They were given the confirmation number and date of payment, what else do they want? I told them to stop calling me because I have the confirmation email to show as proof that CEENTA acknowledge the receipt of payment from their end through the email. If ever there was an error on their end, that is not my problem anymore.

MARCO was and will probably be the worst representavive I have ever had contact with. MARCO you are rude, disrespectfull and honestly a discrace to the human race. And pam you are a ignorate person to. You both will do what ever it takes to get your commission. People be aware of these people if they call you hang up. This is defenetly not a businness oriented istitution. I cant imagine how the ceo to your company is. These people withdrew money from my accnt with no authorization. And when I called you can imagine how that went. I dont know much the legal process but I will be contacting an attorney.

These people called me on my personal phone for someone that I dont know. They wouldnt get off the phone and keep calling back. I know the one calling gets paid on what she collects, but leave people alone when they get a wrong number

VERY RUDE... I was told tha...

VERY RUDE...

I was told that she was calling to collect a debt, she said her name so quickly I didn't hear it. I asked for proof that this was my account. I was stopped at every sentence I tried to reply with continuing condescending and rude comments without providing information or answers to any of the questions I was asking regarding the account. I was hung up on by Ms. Ivey in the middle of a sentence. I called the number back and asked to speak to a manager. I asked who I was previously speaking with and after providing some information got the name Ms. Ivey, I asked for and employee ID or first name, none was supplied. I explained the conversation between myself and Ms. Ivey and started trying to explain the details of my side of this matter. I was told by the manager (Penny Ham) the following This is your account. It doesn't matter if you signed anything you purchased the company its your bill. She refused to remove my cell phone number or stop calling it. She at this time started to become rude and condescending as well and stated that she would review the record but had the very underlying sound of 'no'. She ended the conversation with stating that she guessed I didn't want to resolve this matter. I then contacted AT&T and confirmed that I was not on the account as the responsible party. An AT&T employee confirmed that I am not the responsible party. He sent me and email with this stated and was going to contact Prince and Parker. I feel that I was verbally abused on the phone and pressured to pay on an account that was not mine. I aslo feel that I asked several question that were left unanswered. I responded via email to pennyham@princeparker.com as directed by Penny Ham. Attached a copy of the email from AT&T proving that this is not my account.

Prince Parker set up a paymnt ...

Prince Parker set up a paymnt plan with me on some old medical bills. This made it allot easier to get a handle on these bills. The woman who worked with me was very

polite and helpful.
