Pool by Design is not all things for all people.They offer up scale product to up scale clients.They work from reputation based on profession quality & service.I think they build the best pool that money can buy but there are people who can?t afford the product & are insulted bythe fact.We can't all be blessed.Someone has to drive the Kia or they would not be made.But if you want quality & value these are your guys.If you want lowest bidder you?re wasting your time.

I called Pools By Design and asked for a salesman. I asked several routine questions. As I'm asking questions the salesman sounds like he's coughing up a lung with no apologies. After about four to five minutes of questions he says quote "listen, I don't have the time to answer these questions so I'm just gonna say bye now" unquote. If you want a laugh visit their website. My ten year old son could have done a better my professional job. He said they've been in business only six years. After speaking with their rep they'll be lucky to be in business six more years!
