I have been waiting for my chairs for one year. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and still no chairs . I cannot get a response with my emails or correspondents. This is not a reputable company.

I have been buying their furniture almost twenty years. Not cheap, but no one builds furniture any better. Even the backs of my bedroom furniture are real boards. Not mystery wood. I have been able to come back and add to my pieces over the years, which makes it easier to budget. I have bought pieces off the floor, but have also had custom pieces made for us. Always took at least several months to build, but we got what we wanted.

Excellent furniture. I like it is made in the USA. They use solid wood throughout their furniture. Even the drawer bottoms are very thick boards, not plywood. They sell off the floor and do customs orders. They aren't cheap, but our furniture we purchased still looks new after years of use.
