Services for Windows XP/Vista computers with DSL or cable modem connection All PCs need an anti-virus program with current subscription and automatic virus signature updates (there are very good free ones). The computer should be set to automatically download and install Microsoft critical security updates. Data backup is vital since there are only two types of hard drives: broken ones and the others that haven't broke yet! It's a real tragedy to lose family photos, documents, etc. Call or e-mail for help with these problems... Computer/internet runs slowly? Pop-up ads annoying you? Virus detection and removal? Protect PC from viruses/spam/spyware? Answer questions about computer programs? Organize your data (docs, photos, e-mails, etc)? Ensure you have a good data backup?
