I have recently used Mann Travels to book my cruise and they were phenominal, They handled everything perfectly. They found me the right cruise for me and all that I needed to do was be where they told me to be. They were great! I highly recommend them.

Would not use. Failed to book despite multiple requests, then claimed cruise line failed to notify them the rate quoted was a promotional rate and shifted blame for cost increase. Cruise line says the cabin level quoted sold out and agent failed to lock. We found cruise and asked them to book it b/c family had had previous positive experience with them. We were offered no discounts and received absolutely no benefit from attempting to use this agency - no assistance, no discounts, and were faced with actually paying more b/c of their mistake. Go elsewhere or book on your own.
