I've had several experiences here. First, I was given the wrong medicine to cure my strep throat and had to go back within a week to get a different antiboiotic. Of course, it wasn't their fault, so I was charged twice. The next time, I was told that they didn't accpept Blue Cross/ Blue Sheild. I was confused because I've always had the same insurance, and it's been fine. When I went to the next Urgent Care down the street, they informed me that they do accept it, but since it was 20 til 6:00, they didn't want to take in a patient. (They close at 6:00) I just thought I should share that with others. Patient care, is obviously not a priority there.

Check in person was extremely rude to me and I heard people in the lobby complaining that she was rude to them. 2 people ahead of me and I was in waiting room more than 1 hr. Nurse was very nice. Sent swaps to lab for flu, strep, etc and said I would have results next day. After calling for 3 days finally got results from someone who said I was positive for echovirus. Said she didn't know what that was but the antibiotics should take care of it. (antibiotics are no good for viruses) Told me she would have nurse call me to explain about it, so far in 2 hours, haven't heard back. I will never go back. Gave 2 stars because the nurse was very friendly and caring on my visit. Doctor was ok, but said he would be right back and I never saw him again; I wanted to ask him a question.
