Business History

After more than a decade of practicing with large law firms and private businesses, I made the decision to venture out and open my own law office to better serve the legal needs of individuals, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. It has been my observation that these larger firms are all too often unable to provide the degree of specialized attention such clients deserve, or work within their financial expectations. I know that the legal needs of the individual, the small business, or the entrepreneur are no less important than those of a Fortune 500 corporation. The legal needs of such clients are critical to their well-being and must be handled with the utmost sensitivity, calculating strategy, and solid execution.
