ikea offers well made low cost furniture and home furnishings for savvy shoppers. it is designed intelligently and provides years of use. i have never had a bad customer service experience and i have been shopping for years starting at the va store.

IKEA is the poorest excuse for a furniture store. I am not sure if it is the layout or the self-centered customers. The furniture is junk, the service is terrible and the store layout is insane. Now, that I have said that, I will add the inconsiderate, self-centered Charlotte, NC customers that where at the store. Interupting the sales people. Pushing their way through the arrowed, walkways. I must have been bumped into, 25 times. I will never set foot in an IKEA store, especially in Charlotte, again. I chose one star, because I could not submit with 0 stars.
