Although the issue has not yet been repaired, Dennis quickly identified the problem and was courteous and professional. He is to return to repair the issue. Stacey's da bomb. Thanks for doing a great job and keeping the stress off me! I have always had a good experience with Henderson Property Management. Employees are customer oriented and very professional.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They are TERRIBLE. Anytime I call them for information I always talk to numerous people who have no answers and then tell me that they will call back but never do. I constatly get random charges on my account that I don't find out about until my house is almost in foreclosure for HOA dues!!! I don't know who handles the funds in that place but they need help. They are completely unethical and I would not reccomend this company to anyone. We are currently trying to get a new company to manage our HOA.

Henderson Properties has managed my rental properties for over 10 years and I've found them to be very professional. They communicate with me when there are major maintenance issues or when one of my tenants has given a 30 day notice. I always get my monthly report and rental income check on time
Nothing But Problems. It took six weeks to get a simple cost estimate, another 4 weeks to get the work done. They do not care about your property at all. In order to 'advertise' my property, the HP agent put 1 small sign in the side window where tall bushes were hiding it from view. Then, I found a possible renter and told her to contact them directly. She showed up at 430, and they were extremely rude to her because they wanted to go home at 5. The list goes on and on.
