My grandson is 3 years old and spent 13 days in Presbyterian Hospital on life support when he was 18 months old we did not think he would pull through. During this hospitalization he was given a beanie baby puppy that he is very attached to and takes every where and must have to sleep - we are very careful with spike because of this emotional attachment, but for the first time Spike was lost at Food Lion - The store was just closing and the Manager and staff were leaving for the evening but took the time for an all out search for Spike - Just so a little boy could sleep safely and calmly. It takes more than knowing where everything is in a store and maintaining cleanliness it is that one step beyond that makes the difference - you can tell when people really care and Food Lion staff really cares. You will never know the difference you made in a little boys life. I don't know your names but you know who you are better yet God knows who you are and you will be blessed.
