The Fairways at Piper Glen is a decent place for your money!!! It's located in a very central location which is great!! You are really close to Ballantyne, Blakney, South Park, & Pineville and you have easy access to I-485 and can be uptown in 20 minutes without traffic. The maintance team here is okay………. when I originally moved in last Spring it took like a month for them to come fix anything which was annoying. They stated that they were switching over maintance crews. It has been okay since except when my heat was out at the beginning of this extreme cold weather they kept saying they were coming and I literally had to drop by and stay on top of them for like 4 days before anyone came. Also, the parking here is horrible at night…….sometimes there is literally no place to park or the space is really tight. This forces people to park in no parking zones which is a nightmare because then you have to figure out how to back up without hitting the illegally parked car behind you. Overall, I am pleased with my stay at the Fairways…. the price point is a lot better than most and the inside of the apartments are decent and I generally feel pretty safe coming in and out. So if you are looking for a decent place to live affordably in the luxurious part of South Charlotte then this should be your next move!

I have lived at The Fairways for almost 2 years. This is a very nice community, close to the greenway, shopping, and 485. The staff is nice and helpful. I had to move in quickly, and I arrived within 4 days of submitting an application. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious with plenty of storage room and a nice deck.

Three years ago my husband and I began searching for a place to call home. We came across The Fairways and instantly fell in love. The office staff is very helpful and friendly, the maintenance team is very timely and professional, the units are gorgeous and spacious, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We instantly felt at home and so will you!

These apartments are a great value, great location and great floor plans. I have always felt safe and the front office staff is always pleasant and helpful. Compared to other apartments in the area - this one is by far the best. I highly recommend.

I moved to Charlotte about 8 months ago. Being new to the area I wanted to be in a safe environment that I can enjoy, and feel safe with a really reasonable price. The Fairways has been just that for me. The apartment is clean, roomy, plenty of closet space and in a great area. I rarely have any trouble, but if I ever need anything from the staff they are friendly and things are handled expeditiously. I am proud to call the Fairways at Piper Glen home and I would recommend it to anyone.

What attracted me the most about moving here was the location (of course) is close to major roads and I485. It's right in front of the 4 Mile creek greenway, there's shopping centers and things to do all around it! The apartments are pretty old but I think they do a good job keeping up with them, the spaces are pretty big compare to other apartments on similar range/area, the closets are huge and that's a big one for me too!



The girls at the office are extremely friendly, repairs and maintenance happen in a timely manner.
