Since some of these reviews are older and maybe not as up to date as they could be as some of the doctors mentioned are no longer there. I would like to say that I have been going to Steele Creek Family Practice for about 10 years. I have never had anything but a good experience. The staff has been fantastic. Yes, they are busy as it is a busy practice, and I have had to wait on hold for two or three minutes but the staff has always been nice. I trust Dr. B-G and her nurse completely and they have never diagnosed me incorrectly. I highly recommend Steele Creek.

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Nichole L Johnson. Her mistake costed me $410.00 and on top of all she had guts to change Me from my free phisycal to office visit and sent me a bill for $30. 00!!!!!

Someone said "she got to be a worst Dr. In world" and I got to say they are right. She is. My whole family goes there and I do know there are better Dr.s on the same location. Office Manager Pamela takes 20 days and 5 calls to return your call and ofcourse when she does she is complety unprepared!! Not mentioning that she beck ups the Dr.

The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL office staff I have ever dealt with in my life !! They are a joke, extremely rude and lacking customer service skills. Long hold times, hung up on several times, rude office staff and the nurse...I don't know why this lady even works in the medical field with her nasty attitude. My daughter's been going for 3 yrs. and I've gave them more than one chance, thinking we all have bad days and maybe this isn't the norm for them...sorry, but the service is actually getting worse. I would'nt recommend this practice to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dr. Mendehlson is extremely rude and borderline narcissistic. The whole office is a mess from the unprofessional office manager, to the receptionists, who are constantly new younger and younger girls. smh. this place should be shut down and does nothing but take your money, or your insurance provider's money and they offer you absolutely nothing in return but wasted time and energy. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd seen doctor beyer for years, and she was the only doctor that could truly help and get to the bottom of my medical needs. I attempted to call Steelecreek family practice to see if she would practice again, maybe at another location, but the rep told me she wasn't practicing at all. I asked if I could follow her, and the rep stated there were many of her patients who are inquiring the same, but they have no information to give at this moment. If ANYONE finds out where she will practice next, please post here whereabouts. They offered to transfer me to one of the remaining physicians, but I quickly declined. Their knowledge, expertise, and bedside manner cannot compare to Dr. Beyer's.

Dr. Byers is very well liked and why she is no longer practicing there is totally bewildering!! She has been the only physician where I have felt like a person and not just someone to try and bamboozle by writing paperwork up to gain top dollar out of insurance companies. She was always a great listener to my medical issues and always had my best interests at heart! I truly miss her and hope her new location will be convenient for me.

On one visit I signed in at 10:45 AM. At 1 PM they realized I had not been seen. The front desk, had forgotten to tell the doctor I was there. Yes I would go up and say how much longer, I have to get back to work, And the answer, Have a seat, the doctor will see you shortly.

I was checking out after my visit. She said we will call you with the lab results. I sad no do not call, mail them. (They did not have my new phone number). Three weeks later a letter arrives saying "we have been calling you and can not reach you!!" Please call us for your results. I guess it was to hard for them to mail the results with the letter like I asked to start with.

Doctors are 5 star. Front desk is no stars.
