They have a wide variety of paraphernalia and memorabilia of the NHPC and Masonry. However, the custom embroidery is not of the quality you'd expect for such work in regards to Line jackets. They seemed to get the information incorrect on my jacket and I was told it couldn't be fixed. The follow up communication could definitely be improved seeing as though they never got back to me in resolving the issue as promised. I would recommend them in regards to pre-made merchandise, but avoid their custom work.

Warning! Embroidery work is average, product will not be prepared ontime, and unprofessional service. In a recent purchase. My wife purchased a jacket and had it jacket customized with embroidery and patches recently. I drove 30 miles each way to pick up the jacket on the due date. When I arrived, only 40% of the work was complete. The owner could have called to say that it was not ready ontime. A week after the due date, the owner called and said my jacket was ready. (2nd 30 mile trip) When I arrived, two of the patches were not sewn on completely (one was uneven), other stitched items were uneven, there were several stitching errors on the embroidered shield and there was thread everywhere which needed to be trimmed. How could someone be prepared to send product out of his store in this condition? The owner committed to having the jacket fixed 3 days later. When I arrived, for the third time, the patches were fixed, but the primary embroidery flaw had not been fixed. I can tolerate it. For one item, the seamstress had given up and could not fix it, so they removed it. (I got a refund for that item). I just have a professional do it for me. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner and he basically said custom work is not always perfect. Only problem is that he charged $200 for this imperfect work. This was overpriced from the beginning but I wanted keep business in the community. He knew the distance that I had to drive to his store. For my inconvenience of driving back and forth, he did nothing. I can live with the jacket, but I will never give this company any of my business again. I would have been satisfied with a refund of a portion of my money and you probably wound've never seen this review. He'll lose more business from the potential customers who hear of my experience. I'm just bothered, but my wife is angry.
