The first time I visited it was to discuss a problem with an expensive shoe that was too tight across the instep because I had to insert orthotics. The owner was so helpful and suggested removing the original liner so there was more room. Problem solved! No charge! I didn't even know I could remove the original liner. So, I wanted to go back the next time I had shoe repair needs. My husband said, "Help I am leaving tomorrow for a biz mtg and MUST have these shoes fixed and polished NOW!" I called and they told me, " No problem. We will do it while you wait!" So, no second trip and the price was very reasonable. Unlike my husband!
