What a great place to experience authentic foods in an authentic way! I enjoyed the warm personalities and courtesy I received during my stay! Clean and professional where just a few characteristics to say the least... and everything looked so good it was next to impossible to not want to try a piece! I can still smell the rich aroma flowing through my nostrils if I lick my lips while closing my eyes I feel like I can taste the food still. Oh please take your loved one out for a night on the town Chima's is the best place to go without worrying about being let down! They'll greet you with a smile and seat you shortly after enjoy beautiful scenery with good food, family and friends and timeless laughter. I give it 5 stars just because they're grrrreat like Tony the Tiger and if Chima every needs a taste test fill in, I'm for hire. My name is NuffCed and I'm a fan of Chima's! 704 906 5873

General Info
Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name.
