I normally don't do this but I was SO OFFENDED by my experience at this Chili's, that I had to share this. I got there about 10pm for a late dinner on a Sunday & there was very few customers there. I was seated and they handed us menu's. These menu's were simply disgusting. They were sticky and had black smudges on them. We complain to our waiter and his response was "It's been a very busy day"! I was really upset. I mean really, is that the best excuse you can give me for speading germs? He switched out the menu's for menu's that were equally filthy. I took one of my baby wipes from my purse and wiped the menu's down and the dirt that came from those menu's were embarrassing. I showed it to our waiter and all he could do is shake his head. Those menu's looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the restaurant opened. I contacted the complaint line and their resolution was to send me 2 $10 gift certificates. I don't want that. I just want you all to quit being so nasty and lazy!!!
