It was hard to get personal medical records and mri flims from this location. At one point I was there 45 minutes to over an hour for 1 set of copied flims. Every 20 minutes the staff would say it will be just a minute, until this amount of time pasted while I waited inside or outside. I am disabled so I can not sit in one place for this kind of time, nor with the way the staff was tring to handle it.
