Poor quality plating work from this shop. No proper rinsing, draining and drying after plating and before packaging, leaving highly visible black markings on all parts from the residual plating fluids. Company refuses to accept blame or correct the problem, despite the cause being obvious (ie. very sloppy work on their part). There are plenty of capable nickel platers around, unfortunately Charlotte Plating is not one of them. Avoid..
