Operational for more than 18 years, Charlotte Jewish Day School is a learning center for Jewish students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s curriculum includes several subjects, including language arts, math, science, and social studies, library, art, music, computer applications and physical education. It features a Judaic program that includes classes in Hebrew, Parsha and Jewish holidays and customs. Charlotte Jewish Day School is affiliated with the Jewish Federation of Greater Charlotte. The school employs a drama coordinator, chef, technology administrator, social worker, business manager and marketing director. It additionally publishes a newsletter.
