Took my car there after an accident. Even though they were paid for new parts by the insurance company, they tried to get away with badly repairing the damaged part. When I called them on it the owner lied saying it was a "new" used part. It still had my original vin # on it so I was able to prove he was lying. Great price but it's because they cut corners on the repairs. Worried because I don't know what else was done incorrectly that can cause a problem later

Had a terrible experience with Central Collision Center 116 Dorton street Charlotte,NC I highly dont recommend them .Unfortunately they dont know how to conduct business ..Please do your research and search other collision centers.. If you decide to use them I can assure you will be sorry you did. If anyone has had any problems with Central Collision Center I encourage you to report them to the Better Bussiness Bureu you can goggle the number .Central Collision Center has had several claims issues against them .This has been the worst experience ever.

This company think i'm stupid. They give me the brochure for the company where they posted the before and after picture of a blue car that they didn't do a repair on. peoples, please look closely at the pictures. this is a totally different vehicles, the car on the top got 6 spokes and the car on the bottom got 7 spokes. This is a scam everybody. don't trust this body shop, they going around saying that they are the insurance company.

I will not bring my car to this body shop beacuse they do a bad body work. At first they offer me all this money. when i come pick-up my car i don't get what they suppose to give me, the repair to my vehicle is bad and i can tell that they are not using the right parts for my vehicle. i'm in progress taking this body shop to court and its needs to be shut down. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!
