Provided by YP.comThis place is AWESOME! I walked in and they immediatly told me how many patients were in front of me. It was 4 at the time and the estimated wait was about an hour. The front desk staff were so friendly and updated me every 15 minutes on what was happening in the back. I actually only waited for 30 minutes to see the doctor and the nurse had already taken all my vitals. By the time I saw the doctor the process was super efficient. The nurse had prepped everything and the doctor looked at my throat and lab results. She was super sweet and patient. I was in and out in 45 minutes total. Exceptional! They are a little more expensive than a Minute Clinc but the service and experience are worth it. Put it on the HSA and work that deductible off...

Provided by YP.comIf you read one thing about this place, read this: $340 JUST FOR THE VISIT ITSELF.
This place will make you wait well over an hour and then charge you as much as possible. I had a sprained wrist, which they took 2 x-rays for. Two x-ray charges of $79 and $83 I can understand. A $340 visit cost I cannot. That is INSANE. My total visit was $502. I attempted to dispute the charges and after multiple calls to the facility itself and their billing center (many that went completely unanswered) I was told I would be mailed a form for disputing the coding (they coded my visit as the highest possible, not sure how a sprained wrist and a calm patient gets that). Instead, they sent my bill to a collections agency that repeatedly calls me and transfers me to a non-functioning line. I have paid my bill via my HSA account, which I told the collections agency and their billing center. The billing center told me that the facility made a note that they "looked into it and the visit was properly coded and left me a message". So instead of sending me dispute forms, they simply asked the people who coded my visit if it was right. Of course they think it's right; it got them $500!! No dispute forms sent. No chance for me to argue. On top of it all, a ding to my credit as I thought I was waiting for the chance to dispute. Going here was the WORST mistake I have ever made with my health. Go to the emergency room instead, at least you'll know you're going to get charged way too much.

Provided by YP.comThe staff are wonderful, and they don't rush their patients. They have treated my mother (in her late 70's) and me. I was very impressed with how patient and kind everyone was with my mom, who, at times, had trouble articulating her concerns. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness are consistently excellent, which is why I go to them when I can't see my primary care physician.
