WORST SPA DAY EVER I booked a custom package to have a 1 hour Swedish massage, a 1 hour facial and a haircut/style. After having asked the massage therapist repeatedly to use a lighter pressure, she continued to manhandle me like she was kneading dough. After my facial I was shown to the waiting area and told my hair stylist would be "right with me"...50 MINUTES later I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait. She said she would check...come to find out the stylist had FORGOTTEN I was there and was cutting and working on another client. Instead of having a day of rest, relaxation and rejuvenation, I experienced frustration, anger and was more tense and upset. (and I had booked this as a special treat for myself after a 4 month recovery period of having a tumor removed) When I emailed the location about my experience it was clear that they didn't even read my email and just asked me to book a new massage. I emailed them FOUR other times and they ignored each email. So they specialize in ignoring a client in person and after a visit. Don't bother wasting your time, your money or your peace of mind!!! They are terrible!!! I will never recommend this place to a friend, family member or associate. There are so many spa locations in Charlotte, you'll have no problem finding a MUCH better place to visit over this dump!

Outstanding! I was amazed at how large this place is - two stories with lots of different rooms for different services. Huge selection of health/beauty services for both "guys and girls". Super experienced and friendly staff. Their Gift Cards make an unusual gift for someone special in your life.
