They sent my Accutron watch to their shop to be serviced. Three weeks later I picked up the watch, and it appeared to be running. All they did was replace the battery and set the date & time. The watch loses time and I can't get the stem to move to adjust the time or the date. They must have used the stem to set the time & date, I am puzzled as to why it doesn't move now. I am now looking for a qualified watch service store.
