TERRIBLE. IGNORANCE!!! order a part a week a head of time and needed it to show the courts I had fixed the car to pass inspection and they kept lying saying it was in the mail when they never mailed it. Todl me they would overnight it and didn't. Now court is here and a simple problem that could have been fixed turns into a big problem. Ridiculous customer service and a big wasted of anyone's time. I will take this further and let the local action news and local connections I have know about this. If you cant get it right get out the business!

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! This garage collected over $1700 cash from us for a used engine and the labor to put it in. We were told "no more than 4 days max". One week in we started getting one call a day with something else prolonging it being done. They let the new engine over heat to the point of busting the radiator. We had to foot the bill for that. $120. Those 4 days turned into TWO WEEKS! All the while we are paying for a rental car. We went to get the car today only to find another $360 bill waiting on us. The motor sounds horrible and there are now oil stains on the interior. This has to be one of the most unprofessional places i have ever dealt with. They are shady, slow and have quite horrible customer service. . They may have made us spend another $600 past what we were quoted but I'm gonna make sure they lose more than that on future customers! Thank you

They've always been fair and reasonable with their prices as well as helpful. i go their often.
