We have a private practice in South Park that provides Outpatient Mental Health and Addiction Counseling, Support Groups, Stress Management, Mindfulness for Adults along with Clinical Supervision to Provisionally Licensed Professionals. Assessment services located @ 5200 Park Road, Charlotte NC 28209. We are Accepting New Patients and want to reach out and share our Referral form with you. Our Practice provides a compassionate and patient centered approach to: Family Counseling, Relationship Issues, Adolescents, Parenting, Adult Mindfulness Groups and Individual Psychotherapy. We work with Patient and their Children ages 5 and up.
