Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! They got a bleach spot on the front of my practically new blouse in June 2013 and I still have receipt, they have not resolved the issue. I even agreed to them dying it, however it was destroyed during that process. They won't respond to emails, or phone calls. I don't know what else to do except warn others not to use that cleaners!!!!
