Great service from placing the order all the way to the beautiful flowers. Send a bouquet to my sister for her Birthday, it arrived exactly as I ordered and it was amazing, especially for the price! Love the local store on Park Rd too, always lovely things and helpful friendly service.

I had a very bad experience with Flowers of Charlotte. Back in February for Valentine's day, my parents ordered flowers from this store since it is very close to where I live. I didn't receive the flowers on the day and when I called on the status, the lady said they will get back to me, but nobody called me back to say why the delivery was delayed. I received the flowers two days late and the arrangement of flowers was old and almost dying. When I called to the store to explain I received old flowers my call was returned extremely rude from the manager (Matt). They said they couldn't deliver since they cannot get to my apartment but it is clear they need to live the flowers with my apartment lease office since it is during work hours but if they had trouble the driver needs to call me that there is delivery for me, nobody called me. Overall extremely poor service, very rude managers and do not care at all for the customer. I will never use their service again and would advise everyone to stay away from them.

HORRIBLE flowers! this is the 2nd time my husband has tried to be sweet and surprise me with flowers since he's overseas in the military right now. He had some delivered last week before he was due to visit for a week or two and first off, BOTH times they haven't delivered the flowers when requested- they delivered hours earlier when I wasn't available and both times the flowers died or started dying the same night they were delivered. When we called them, they said it was too late for a refund but we could get new flowers (that I assume would die as quick) if we drive out to their location (20-25min from my house) and pick them up. I'm going to do my best to get the word out to everyone to never use them for anything- which is too bad because the arrangements were pretty but the quality and customer service is NOT client/consumer friendly!!
