Just bought car and fog lights burned out. Was told to take to any dealer it was under wareentee. Team one agreed it was warentee until they tore apart my front end. Then they said the bulbs were burned out are not warentee. 4 hours later Wanted over $800 to put my car back together. Amazingly another dealer took 15 minutes to put in bulbs for free

Sold me a Chevy S10 Filled with Bondo in the rear wheel wells. Then waited to do nothing about the problem. Team One only wanted me to upgrade to a better vehicle.

Recently I got a mailer for team one that said if numbers matched when you pulled out the tab on the code fob and the numbers matched the scratch off you won with no purchase required my numbers matched it said I was a winner so I drove over 30 miles round trip to claim my prize in disbelief an when I got there I was asked if I was intending to by a car and I responded not sure it depends well after the salesman took my winning card into the office and came back he said I had won 1 gold dollar I had a feeling it was too good to be true I just thought for once that this would be for real, I was wrong it cost me ten dollars in gas to find this out I usually don't fall for these gimmicks and they kept my winning card so I can't even challenge it if I wanted but I would think twice about buying a car from them what a waste of gas and time next time I will consider it junk mail what a waste of good paper.
