I had aB Hoxie come and service my well. The man who came over was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the secretary I had to deal with back and forth with on the phone was very rude. Every time I had a question or concern I had to speak with her, and even though I didn't want to deal with her she would not let me leave a message with a professional to call me back. I also needed a letter from ab hoxie stating that they serviced me, at the buyers of my home request. The secretary had told me that wouldn't be a problem, as long as I paid up my bill. So I immediately went and dropped off a check and was told she would email me the letter and she never did. A month later I received another bill, which I had already paid. Now at this point I was very upset, and called to explain I had already paid, but the woman on the phone was screaming over me and wouldn't not listen to me speak. I had told her that it unfortunate for the owners that I would never call them back again because of her terrible customer service. Please know that I have never written a review before about anything.

Highly recommended- Hoxie actually talked me thru a no water emergency over the phone- Figured out what the problem was, told me how to fix it, and called back to make sure everything was OK- For free!! who else can you say that about?Hoxie is the best!!

As a local resident, I highly recommed AB Hoxie! Each experience with Hoxie has been well appreciated. First, when our well pump quit, Hoxie was right out to replace it, with no problems. That was 7 years ago. More recently, my mom's radon system, recently installed by a company in NH has been having problems. Again, AB Hoxie quickly dispatched competent persons to help, on a couple of different occasions. Lastly, after spending hours trying to diagnose my own plumbing problems, I called and had an experience personel take the time to explain my system to me, and clarify my problem. The time spent going through this is not the sort of thing that is anticipated these days, but is very much appreciated. This meant much to me. I conclude by feeling mighty gratetful for this company and won't hesitate to call them or recommend them for any plumbing problems in the future.
