      Southern Indiana Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) facility located in Charlestown, Indiana. MAT can benefit adults age 18 and older who are struggling with an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids. MAT at Southern Indiana CTC combines the use of a medication such as methadone, Suboxone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone with counseling. MAT medications can alleviate the uncomfortable physical symptoms of withdrawal, allowing adults to focus on the therapeutic component of treatment. Counseling at Southern Indiana CTC involves individual and group sessions where adults can acquire skills in relapse prevention, coping, and emotion regulation to promote lasting recovery.
