I spoke with Brittany on Saturday & Mandy on Sunday, placing a large order for today (Monday). Now, I can't speak from seeing their work, BUT my sister called from the funeral home where Young Floral Co delivered our order and she says the flowers & arrangements are amazing! The whole place smells of lilies and roses, each piece is beautifully created, the attention to even the smallest detail outstanding! The wonderful people of Young Floral went above and beyond any expectations we might have had, and the care they gave to each item shows abundantly. My family has had an account w/Youngs for 35 years, but this Valentine's Day they dropped the ball. My husband ordered flowers7 days in advance of the big day. When it was approaching quitting time he called to see where my flowers were and the person on the phone told him that the Capitol Complex was a hard place to deliver to and even their most experienced drivers had trouble navagating here...well doesn't that inspire confidence and then she told us they sent two part time gals to deliver up here and she didn't know where they were. She said they had no way to get in touch w/them. I find that hard to believe in this day of constant communication. Will think long and hard before I order from them again.
