Truly Terrible!!!!

My office decided to have employee appreciation lunch at this location. We had made reservations for 8 two weeks prior to our lunch date. It took 1 1/2 hours for the food to be delivered to our table. Mine was inedible...it was a steak skillet with cold meat and veggies. I sent it back and they just put the food back on the grill to heat it back up. The middle of the steak was still cold. What REALLY bothered me was they put the food on grill again...this is such a health hazard. They do not know what may have happened to that food before they took and put it on the grill to possibly contaminate other people's food. My party asked for the manager and after 15 minutes and another request to see him he finally came to the table. He never apologized, only made excuses. I ended up having a Big Mac for my lunch. I have emailed their corporate office and have not received any response. This was such a disappointment. I do not think I will go to any restaurant in this chain.

My family and I were traveling through Charleston WV and thought this place would be a good break in our travel. Wow were we wrong. The service was terrible, our glasses were dirty, my steak was burnt (I ordered medium). The menu said half rack of ribs and it was only 3 ribs. The asparagus was so salty it wasnt even edible. When I let the server know he said "yeah I know".....Thats it. Extremely disappointed. For three people our bill was 50 dollars and I wish we wouldnt of eaten here and Id advise you dont either.

the food took a little time to come out, but it was well worth the wait. our drinks stayed full and the waitress was such a sweetheart.
