RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BROKEN EQUIPMENT!



Their spray tan did not work for me. I appropriately used the machine, went home, waited over 16 hours, and still no color showed up. I called to politely request another spray tan. The "owner," "Joe," blamed me for not using the machine correctly, called me "honey," despite me tellling him that I did not like to be called that, refused to give me his last name or his bosses name, told me to take my money to another salon that actually cares about helping customers, and then told me that he was going to ban me from the store because I requested to speak to his boss about his attitude. I suggest that everyone take Joe's advice and take your money to another salon that cares about customers.

GO! THIS IS A FRIENDLY, EXTRAORDINARILY WELL PRICED, AND CLEAN AS A PIN SALON! JUST PERFECT! PERIOD.

You should def get your tan here! they have regular tanning beds, a stand up bed and a spray tan bed, this place is great! it is very clean, everyone who works there is super nice and helpful and they give you a discount for the hair salon that is connected!
