VERY VERY UNSATFIED wilh service - have had Kia since 2003 - Van broke down In SEPT. they had to rebuild motor costing $3500.00 and haveing van for over 3 weeks. Van is now skipping when waiting in trafic - have taken it back 3 times and they say non-thing shows up on computer. We are talking to lawyer -

THIS COMPANY DESERVES NO STARS! GO TO KIA COUNTRY! Not only were the girls very rude and disrespectful to me and my fiance, they did not even fix the problem! I took it in and told them that and ASE Certified Mechanic told me the cadalitic converter was bad and needed replaced.They replaced the O2 sensor instead. Three days later the check engine light came on after I told them that was not what needed replaced. Then they the manager showed me a wiring that was loose and told me that was why the car was making the noise of a broken cadalitic converter and that it was an electrical problem that was not even covered under my 60,000 mile warranty! They thought I was dumb enough to believe it was a wiring problem and that it was not covered under Kia's warranty. This business is HORRIBLE!

TERRIBLE customer service!! I brought my kia in 6 times and they still did not fix the problem. The customer service manager was not helpful at all and the girls working the service are were rude and disrespectful. I HIGHLY reccommend Kia Country on Savannah highway instead. They were great and treated us with respect and actually fixed our car the first time.

As an older female who has never had to deal with car up keep and / or repairs, the service managers have been wonderful. They educate as well as remind me about coupons for scheduled services. I will always be a "Stokes Kia Customer"!!
