Even though at the time I was a tire kicker, they treated me wonderfully each time, were very knowledgable, and I knew when the time was right I would buy from them. I went inside yesterday and asked if I can get my Rolex Submariner cleaned and the lady said NO, they dont clean them here. BUT YET THEY ARE A ROLEX DEALER. I would never recommend this place. I bet if I bought it there, they would have not problem. Any other Rolex Dealer that I have been too had no problem cleaning it.

Bottom line, the best Rolex and diamond jeweler you could hope to deal with! I have bought several Rolex and Omega Watches (Nine total so far!!) and diamonds from Peter and the Demetre family and could not be more pleased. I travel all over the country and have seen every big retailer of Rolex and Omega many times over. I never fail to come straight back to Peter when I have made up my mind on my next Rolex or Omega! MP Demetre is family owned and WOW does it show! I can count on any purchase from Peter to be a special and perfect experience for me and the many people I have sent his way from all over the country. They are Incredibly knowledgeable and their Rolex selection is awesome. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great place to get small watch repairs. I've been getting batteries,etc from Demetre's for years. I brought in a watch with alot of sentimental value today that I thought was a goner, and he saved it so I thought I should tell people this is a great service store.- signed: James B
